Running/ situps VS workout!

You know I love a little competition! Checkout this awesome workout format! I call it a "VS limited"  format! You've only got as much time as your competitor allows! This format could be used with endless movement possibilities! Hint hint NPFL!

What we did....

Running/situps VS
   A vs B
VS limited workout
#of situps completed while challenger completes
6 rounds of 100 m sprint

Person A runs 100 m and back as person B starts doing situps. Right as person A gets back person B can go do their 100 m run while person A starts their situps. The workout is  limited to the time allowed by the challenger!
If you go to fast in the beginning you'll get so tired that during your time to run you'll allow a lot of scoring room for your competitor!
