2015: Week 4 Workout 1


Warm up do 15 lunges each leg, 15 pushups, 15  burpees, 15 mountain climbers. moderate speed, warm up style

Workout:

2x through!
1 minute squats timed test!
1 minute pushups timed test!
Rest 1 minute
1 minute mountiain climbers timed test!
1 minute lunges timed test (alternating, but  count every leg)
Rest 1 minute

Then...

2 min  burpees timed test!

Score is your average rep count for each!
