Warm up: 20 squats, 20 couch bridges, 20 pike pushups, 20 mountain climbers

Workout:
Wall sits are included in this workout. You will sit back to the wall legs at 90 degrees from 1 min (accumulate one full minute if you can't make it to one minute in one try.
