2015: Week 3 Workout 2



Warm up: 2 rounds of 20 reps of each movement

Workout For time:

21 of each- Squat Jumps, Super Mans (1 second hold at top), Plank up downs (count every other arm)
18 ….Squat Jumps, Super Mans (1 second hold at top), Plank up downs (count every other arm)
15 ….Squat Jumps, Super Mans (1 second hold at top), Plank up downs (count every other arm)
12 ….Squat Jumps, Super Mans (1 second hold at top), Plank up downs (count every other arm)
9 ….Squat Jumps, Super Mans (1 second hold at top), Plank up downs (count every other arm)
6 ….Squat Jumps, Super Mans (1 second hold at top), Plank up downs (count every other arm)

Remember a squat jump is a full squat then a jump off the ground. Supermans -while laying on the ground, lift your upper chest off the ground and your thighs all at the same time. (while squeezing your entire core tight)!
