2015: Week 1 Workout 3



Warm up-  Do two rounds slow, warm up style! Modifcations ideas here

10 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

30 sit ups
15 pushups
30 mountain climbers (count each leg)
15 squats

Your score is how many rounds you completed in 10 minutes:

Example: 6 rounds and 22 sit-ups

By the end you will not look like the below picture… you will be hunched in a little ball trying to climb your way up to your knees inch by painful inch. At that point I always start telling myself this….. 1 super crazy hard dead abs sit up is worth 500 easy ones! THIS is where the MAGIC happens! lol…. hey it keeps me going ;) and it's gotta be mostly true!
