January week 4 workout 2


* warm up  do 5 of each exercise, and what ever else you need to feel warm

Do both workouts A and B
Workout A- For time - break up as needed
       30 pike pushups (these should be hard! You won't be able to do them very fast)
       100 squats
      30 Burpees
rest 2 minutes
 Workout B
     As many as possible in 1 minute of each
- pike pushups
rest 1 min
-squats
rest 1 min
-burpees
rest 1 min

DONE! great Job! 2 scores: #1 is time for workout A #2 is total repetitions for workout B
