January Week 4 workout 3!

* warm up  30 jump ropes, 10 squats jumps, 10 pushups.  Whatever else you need to feel warmed up

Workout 3x for time rest 30 seconds between rounds. As always the rest time is counted in your score

30 double jump ropes (60 single if you can't do doubles)
20 squat JUMPS- just get off the ground (toes too)
15 pushups
30 double jump ropes (60 single if you can't do double)

Your score is your time!!
