January week 4 workout 1

*warm up- Do 10 of each exercise at a moderate pace (take it easy you're just warming up). There and back is one for the shuttle run.
Workout-  Set up two things on the floor 10 feet apart. You will be shuffling low back and forth between these two things. If you can't get down to touch it on the floor, just shuffle to it and touch it with your foot.
       2 rounds rest 3 min between
     - shuffle line touches 30 sec (count your total, down and back is one this time)
     - 20 V-ups
     - shuffle line touches 30 sec
     - 20 plank up downs (alternate arms and count every arm)
     - shuffle line touches 30 sec
     -30 mountain climbers
     -shuffle line touches  30 sec
     -30 full contraction SupermanS
your score is your total time and how many line touches you did (just keep a paper handy)
