January Week 3 workout 3

*Warm up by doing one round

Workout As Many Rounds as possible in 12 minutes
   8 Pike pushups - modify as needed but challenge yourself these should be hard!!
   20 sit ups
   20 squat jumps
   30 mountain climbers (try and touch your elbows, count every other leg)

 no rest mandatory! Just go as much as you can then rest when you NEED to!
