February Week 4 workout 3

* warm up  30 jump ropes, 10 squats jumps, 10 pushups.  Whatever else you need to feel warmed up

Workout 3x for time rest 30 seconds between rounds. As always the rest time is counted in your score

30 double jump ropes (60 single if you absolutely can't even attempt one double, but if you can do one double at all you must do it one at a time!)
20 squat JUMPS- just get off the ground (toes too)
15 pushups
30 double jump ropes

Your score is your time!!
