JANUARY Week 3 workout 1

*warm up  Jump rope for one minute at an easy speed, then 15 seconds at a quick speed 10 pushups, 8 superman (hold 2 seconds each), 8 good mornings 3 burpees
Workout-  As many repetitions as possible  and time yourself
 Set the timer
   -jump rope 1 min  as fast as possible, do 40 pushups…. rest 30 sec
   - jump rope 1 min as fast as possible, do 20 full contraction supermans…rest 30 sec
   - jump rope 1 min as fast as possible, do 40 sit ups…  rest 30 sec
   - jump rope 1 min as fast as possible, do 20 plank up downs count EACH arm... rest 30 sec
   - Burpees for 1 min!
Don't move on until you've completed each exercise.
 
SCORE total # of jump ropes completed, # of Burpees completed and  amount of time it took you!
