Early morning workout fuel!

Quick fuel before your #earlymorningworkout  Prevent muscle breakdown, boost performance
4 #Weightloss goal: 1 scoop of #wheyprotein powder - or two boiled eggs (less protein but good option)
Performance: add to the above...carbs 20-25 grams such as some sports drink or coconut water. Read the labels for amounts
20-30 min before your #workout for just the boost you need! Follow up with reg breakfast post workout
