JANUARY week 1 workout 1

   *for warm up go through at least one round slowly, do what ever else you'd like to do to warm up, just make sure you feel warmed up!  
         As Many Rounds as Possible!- in 12 minutes-    
10 pushups
10 squat jumps ( either just get off the ground or jump as High as you can, you decide, but NOTE it)
10 lunges (count each leg)
10 good mornings (keep your core tight)
10 mountain climbers (count every other leg)
           rest 30 seconds-  the rest is mandatory and is part of your time score
** if you need to do girl pushups that is totally FINE!! just post in your score that you did girl pushups for all rounds, or 5 reg 5 girl each round etc… just note what you did in your score so you can compare
