2015 Week 2: Workout 1


Warm up- 10 of each movement slowly 2x through

I did this one with my twin sister and we were so tired after! Have fun!

Workout: 
2 rounds of-
40 Pushup Burpees
40 Side bridge hip touches
40 dying bug (count one side) *
rest 2 minutes before you do it again

for the pushup portion, choose a modification that is not super challenging, remember you're doing forty!! ex: pushup from your knees or alternating knees and full pushup)

For me the pushups were the hardest! From my knees was not challenging enough, so I did the full pushup! Got me sore, it was great!!!… when it was over ;) #feelingaccomplished

Your score is your time including the 2 minute rest and remember to note your modifications.
