Staying Away from Refined Carbs

Here's a pretty decent link about refined carbs! I try to eat as few refined carbs as possible! I focus on veggies, healthy fats, lean meats and fruit! I eat whole wheat bread, but make sure my sandwich is more full of veggies, meats, healthy fats etc.. than the bread!
