Hey everyone! It's time to get geared up so we're ready for Monday! I really recommend downloading an HIIT timer on your phone or where ever you can get one! What you're looking for is a timer that will beep on the time interval you enter! Ex: every minute....That way you can move seamlessly throughout your workout, without messing with a timer or.... missing your interval and going too long!
Also we will be using a jump rope in a number of workouts!
